Valentine Day Promotional 7 Day FREE Accommodation Terms & Conditions:

1. RIO Scotch & Spice will give one couple a voucher from My Great Escape Reservations, for 7 Day Free Luxury Accommodation in the Absolutle Twin Sands Resort & Spa in Phuket, Thailand.

2. The winners will be drawn from a raffle on Wednesday 14th February by 10:00 pm AEDST at RIO Scotch & Spice.

3. To be eligible for this raffle draw, you must make and attend a “Dinner” reservation booking on Wednesday 14 February.

4. RIO Scotch and Spice will provide the voucher and accommodation request form, which must be completed and sent to My Great Escapes Reservations.

5. Accommodation is for seven free nights for two at the following resorts:
Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa in Phuket, Thailand: A studio room (children and adults each count as one person). Guests must be couples married or cohabiting for 2 or more years, travelling together. Both members of a couple must be a minimum of 30 years of age before check-in and no more than 65 years of age before check-out. You may bring up to 2 children under the age of 12 free of charge. For children over 12 years old, a surcharge of $99 per child will apply. All requested dates are subject to availability and all check-in dates go strictly from SATURDAY ONLY. One person of the participating couple requires an annual income to be superior to AUD 60,000. Group travel is not permitted. A group is defined as two or more families staying during the same period in the same resort area or property. Only one voucher is permitted per household.

6. Travel must be booked and completed as per the expiry date. All bookings must be made within 3 months of the recipient receiving the voucher or the voucher becomes void.

7. All accommodation requests are subject to availability. Please note School & Public Holidays and Special Events are strictly limited.

8. A booking fee of $25 per person must be spent together with your request either by cheque/money order or will be debited from the credit card details supplied. This will be refunded if the booking is unsuccessful. Should the Resort accept one of the proposed dates then the booking fee becomes non-refundable.

9. The voucher relates to accommodation only. All other expenses including travel, food and beverage are the sole responsibility of the recipient using the voucher. Furthermore, the recipient will be responsible for any loss or deliberate damage caused as a result of their occupancy at the resort.

10. All booking requests must be made at least 30 days in advance. The full payment of travel must be forwarded to the nominated agent within 72 hours of confirmation, or the voucher becomes void. Please note that if you wish to pay by credit card then a 2% fee applies for this service. No refund is available after full payment has been made.

11. Once hotel availability is confirmed, the hotel requires a copy of the flight itinerary within 72 hours and only then can confirmation letters be issued. A charge of AU $55
per person will apply for each amendment after the reservation has been confirmed and advised.

12. Bookings are non-transferable, so name changes are not accepted. Reservations must be cancelled and new ones requested.

13. Upon check-in, guests would be asked to provide debit/credit card details for room security as per normal resort procedures. If clients are not able to provide this, a cash deposit of AUD $700 will be requested.

14. All accommodation requests must be sent to reservations@mygreatescapes.com.au

15. Participation in this promotion will not create any legal relationship between RIO Scotch and Spice and the recipients.

16. This voucher has no cash redemption value and is not for retail sale or resale, unused or expired vouchers do not have a refund value.

17. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via Phone or Email within 3 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 business days, RIO Scotch & Spice reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

18. Liability: RIO Scotch & Spice and My Great Escape Reservations will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that results from the winner’s acceptance and/or use of the prize.

19. Data Protection: By entering this promotion, participants agree to the use of their personal data to administer this promotion.

20. Promotion Amendment: RIO Scotch & Spice reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
